It focuses on giving a satisfactory and memorable experience to the customers by providing them quality service and a comfortable place. This study utilized a descriptive method of research design and survey questionnaires to determine the market viability of the business. It also utilized marketing strategies and financial aspects. The guide of the business is to determine the market viability of the business by using a survey. It included the 4Ps, that is, the product, place, price, and promotion to determine if the business is visible to the area. Results showed that only 20% of the respondents do not like drinking coffee and eating bread. The researchers also identified the preference of the possible customers in terms of the 4Ps. A total of 80% of the respondents are possible customers of ICafe` D’sal. The new product will be known, and most respondents are satisfied with the quality of the product. In terms of price, ICafe` D’sal may be known due to its reasonable prices. The customers will patronize the business not only because of the quality products but also because of the spacious environment. The researchers recommended the following. The researchers need to continuously improve the business offerings and promos to meet people’s satisfaction, which changes over time. Placing a cafe` near schools and business establishments is a good starting strategy because there are a lot of potential customers in the vicinity. The researchers need to treat every customer as a family to develop a long-term relationship with them. It is one of the good strategies to catch customers’ attention and their loyalty. The researchers need to be aware of the latest technology and social media trends.
