It can make the community grow better and lessen the garbage in the surroundings. The researchers undergo this research to assess the effects of 3R in the community. The researchers assessed the effectiveness of the 3R process inside the Bestlink College of the Philippines, with the participation of the students and using the materials provided in segregating the waste materials. This study used the survey method because it is the easiest and most used method in descriptive design. The respondents of the study were 50 Grade 12 Accountancy, Business, and Management students that were selected through convenience sampling. Based on the results of the study, promoting 3R was an effective practice to improve waste management and promote the following. (1) Maintain cleanliness –It reduces waste, thereby having a good and clean environment; having fresh air; and preventing the pollution that helped to the students, teachers, and other personnel to do the task that they are doing smoothly. (2) Develop discipline and creativity –Proper waste disposal will make the surrounding of the school clean. Students may use their ability to do some unique ways such as creating new products by using recyclable material dry crafts. Researchers recommended focusing on the scattered wastes around the school. With the help of recyclable waste, we can create a new product that will provide extra income.
