This chapter includes the background of the study, relevant literature and studies, theoretical and conceptual frameworks, statement of the problem, scope and limitations of the study, significance of the study, and definitions of terms. This study will discuss various opinions and recommendations and will implement strategies to reveal the differing perceptions of commuters regarding the traffic situations in the study area. This research includes research design, participants of the study, sampling method, development of the tool, validation of the tool, delivery and collection of the tool, statistical analysis of data. To properly conclude this study, it is essential to analyze the collected data and respond to the research questions. As previously mentioned in the earlier chapter, data is understood in a descriptive manner. This chapter addresses the interpretations of the information collected by the researchers. This chapter will demonstrate the process of examining data and making relevant conclusions using various analytical methods. The researchers can classify, alter, and condense data with the help of interpretation to uncover answers to significant questions. The aim of this chapter is to outline the results that arose from the research, what the research proposed, exposed or pointed out. This often pertains to the overall results, rather than the conclusions or suggestions derived from them.
