This study aims to assess the demographic profile, impacts, and challenges encountered by the motorcycle shop in Doña Faustina, San Bartolome, Novaliches. As a vital part of the local community, the motorcycle shop serves as a hub for transportation needs, economic activity, and social interaction. This study employs a quantitative research design and utilizes convenience sampling to select respondents, specifically targeting motorcycle shop employees and owners within the vicinity of Doña Faustina, San Bartolome, Novaliches. Convenience sampling is chosen for its practicality in swiftly gathering data from readily available participants, aligning with the study's objectives within limited resources and time constraints. The results of the study indicate that the quality of motorcycles at the motorcycle shop in San Bartolome is primarily determined by factors such as design, construction, performance, durability, and reliability. In terms of product quality (3.9): "Improve quality and review the materials and manufacturing processes used in the product." For services (3.9): "Ensure that you have sufficient employees to properly manage client requests." Recommendations emphasize clear communication, attention to detail, offering discounts, and providing refunds, as these go a long way in building trust and satisfaction with customers. In conclusion, motorcycle shops in San Bartolome, Novaliches, encounter a variety of challenges inherent to their business operations. Fierce competition among numerous stores for clients and market share, coupled with economic fluctuations impacting consumer spending, presents significant hurdles. Moreover, navigating complex local regulations and licensing requirements, alongside supply chain disruptions for imported components, adds layers of complexity.
