Abstract

The use of automated room key cards in hotels has become increasingly popular in recent years, with many establishments opting for this technology to enhance the guest experience. The West Avenue Suite Hotel in Quezon City is no exception, as it has implemented automated room key cards to streamline the check-in process and improve overall customer satisfaction. Research conducted at the hotel has shown that guests are highly satisfied with the use of automated room key cards. The convenience of accessing their rooms quickly and easily without having to wait in line at the front desk has been a major factor in this satisfaction. Additionally, guests appreciate the added security that comes with using key cards, as they are more difficult to duplicate or lose compared to traditional keys. Data were collected from 50 guests who experienced checking in with the automated room keys at West Avenue Suite Hotel in Quezon City. This study used a descriptive research method to assess the socio-demographic profile, such as age, sex, and visit frequency of guests/respondents to West Avenue Suite Hotel in Quezon City.   Descriptive research is defined as a research method that describes the characteristics of the population or phenomenon being studied. It is a scientific method that involves observing and describing the behavior of a subject without influencing it in any way. Overall, the research abstract for customer satisfaction in using automated room keycards at West Avenue Suite Hotel Quezon City highlights the positive impact that this technology has had on guest experiences. It also underscores its importance in modern hospitality industry.
