Abstract

Artificial Intelligence (AI) has become increasingly prevalent in various aspects of our lives, including education. In the context of academic performance, AI has the potential to greatly enhance the learning experience and improve educational outcomes. By leveraging advanced algorithms and machine learning techniques, AI can provide personalized learning experiences, adaptive assessments, and intelligent tutoring systems. This level of individualization and customization can help students better understand complex concepts, identify areas of weakness, and receive targeted support.​  The researchers developed this study to analyze the effectiveness of AI among Grade 12 Humanities and Social Sciences students at Bestlink College of the Philippines. By examining the impact of AI-driven educational tools on student learning, the study aims to provide insights into how AI can be leveraged to improve academic performance in the Philippine educational context. This study employs a descriptive research design to quantitatively assess the effectiveness of Artificial Intelligence (AI) on the academic performance of Grade 12 Humanities and Social Sciences students at Bestlink College of the Philippines. A simple random sampling technique was utilized to select 150 participants, ensuring each student had an equal chance of inclusion. Data collection was conducted using a structured questionnaire, which is a standardized tool designed to gather specific information from respondents. ​ Based on the findings, this study evaluates the effectiveness of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in enhancing the academic performance of Grade 12 Humanities and Social Sciences students at Bestlink College of the Philippines. The analysis encompasses both the challenges and benefits associated with AI integration in the educational context. This discussion synthesizes the findings on the effectiveness of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in enhancing the academic performance of Grade 12 Humanities and Social Sciences students at Bestlink College of the Philippines. It highlights the benefits students have derived from AI integration and presents recommendations provided by respondents to optimize AI's impact on their education.
