INFLUENCE OF FRINGE BENEFITS TO THE EMPLOYEES RETENTION OF BPO EMPLOYEE UNDER T- MOBILE ACCOUNT IN QUEZON CITY

This study investigates the impact of fringe benefits on the retention rates of BPO employees, specifically those working under the T-Mobile account at Concentrix Cyberwest, Quezon City. Using a descriptive-quantitative research design, the study explores the significance of fringe benefits in enhancing employee retention. It aims to assess how these benefits influence employees' decisions to stay with the company and their satisfaction with the perks provided. The researchers employed a survey method to collect data, utilizing a descriptive-quantitative research design. This design analyzes relationships between variables without making causal claims. The study sought to answer research questions regarding the demographic profile of respondents, including age, gender, and years of service, as well as their perceptions of various fringe benefits. Findings indicate that fringe benefits significantly impact employee retention. The complexity allowance received the highest mean score of 3.29, suggesting strong employee agreement on its value in compensating for job challenges. The night differential fee and performance benefits both scored 3.16, highlighting their role in enhancing satisfaction and retention. The HMO benefit, with a mean score of 3.14, showed moderate satisfaction, while the rice allowance, scoring 2.74, indicated lower satisfaction. Overall, the composite mean of 3.10 suggests a generally positive perception of fringe benefits. The study concludes that fringe benefits, including the HMO, night differential fee, rice allowance, complexity allowance, and performance benefits, play a crucial role in employee retention. Survey results reveal that employees are generally satisfied with these benefits, with complexity and performance allowances receiving the highest levels of approval.
