Housekeepers are responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and tidiness of guest rooms, and their productivity profoundly impacts the functioning of hotels. Work productivity influences the work environment, profitability, costs, services, and overall operations. By enhancing productivity, organizations can boost employee morale, increase output, and provide better customer service, ultimately fostering company growth and a culture of excellence. Employing the descriptive method while applying a quantitative approach to data collection and distributing questionnaires through simple random sampling. Hence, 25 randomly selected housekeepers will receive questionnaires from the researchers, who will use them to perform the study. The study found that 72% of housekeepers in selected hotels are male, with 40% aged 19–24. The majority have a work schedule from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., accounting for 48%. The most significant variables identified were efficient work output, punctuality, workload, health and well-being, job satisfaction and motivation, and retention and turnover. The overall weighted means for these variables are 3.62, 3.57, 3.51, 3.56, 3.56, 3.54, and 3.47, respectively. Meanwhile, most housekeepers agree that "mismanagement of time increases task line-ups and reduces guest satisfaction, quality of work, and efficiency." This suggests that housekeepers recognize the impact of time management on their performance. To enhance workplace efficiency and employee well-being among housekeepers in Quezon City hotels, several strategies are proposed. These include ensuring balanced gender representation, incorporating diverse age groups, and addressing specific challenges through targeted interventions such as time management training, digital tool integration, and specialized workshops on resource optimization. Additionally, cross-training, rotating job assignments, fostering open communication, setting realistic deadlines, prioritizing tasks that impact guest satisfaction, and distributing tasks based on team skills are recommended. Regular assessments of employee workload and satisfaction are essential for making necessary adjustments to improve productivity, strengthen teamwork, and address issues such as inefficient time management, excessive task demands, and employee attrition.
