The purpose of this study is to examine the factors that influence the effectiveness of sales executives in a retail vehicle company. The primary objective is to evaluate the variables that affect performance evaluations, aiming to understand their significance and ensure consistent application. The study also provides recommendations and solutions to address these factors, with the goal of improving the overall performance of sales executives in the retail automobile industry. The study utilized a descriptive quantitative research design, selecting 25 sales executives from an automotive retail company as the sample. Structured survey questionnaires were employed as the primary tool for data collection. The study's results reveal that the majority of respondents are aged between 24 and 28 years and have 1 to 2 years of tenure with the company. With an overall mean score of 4.52, the findings indicate strong agreement among employees that various factors collectively influence their performance. This underscores the need for organizations to prioritize investments in employee development, incentivize high performance, and create a positive work environment. Addressing personal challenges and fostering effective leadership are also crucial for maximizing employee performance and ensuring organizational success. Furthermore, the study identifies the need for training and seminars focused on the importance of effective communication. It is recommended that these sessions teach both verbal and non-verbal communication skills. Providing seminars on different forms of communication and their proper application will help sales executives engage with clients more effectively and enhance their overall communication abilities. The study emphasizes the significance of providing additional seminars focused on the importance of effective communication. This initiative will help sales executives refine their skills, better meet customer needs, and improve overall customer satisfaction by ensuring clear and engaging interactions.
