Over the past decades, gender dynamics have significantly evolved, challenging traditional binary notions and emphasizing diversity and inclusivity in corporate culture. Despite progress in LGBTQIA+ rights, homosexual representation in executive and leadership roles remains limited, raising concerns about both social justice and missed opportunities for innovation. This study seeks to identify the unique attributes of successful homosexual business owners and redefine success indicators. It aims to explore their leadership styles, risk-taking abilities, perseverance, and challenges while offering new perspectives on success in entrepreneurship. A mixed-method research design was employed, engaging ten successful homosexual business owners in San Jose Del Monte, Bulacan. Purposive sampling was utilized, and structured interviews served as the primary data collection instrument. Findings indicate that a majority of successful homosexual business owners identify as gay, fall within the 25 to 50 age range, and operate businesses in the service sector, typically employing between 1 to 7 individuals. Most businesses had been established for 1 to 5 years. Key attributes observed among these entrepreneurs included bravery, innovation, assertive leadership, risk-taking, and resilience in overcoming challenges. The study underscores the importance of recognizing and celebrating the distinctive qualities of homosexual business owners while addressing the challenges they face through targeted initiatives and inclusive policies. Recommendations include conducting further demographic analysis, fostering a business environment that promotes diversity, and supporting entrepreneurs through tailored programs that encourage perseverance and resilience. By cultivating inclusivity, combating discrimination, and nurturing bravery in leadership, organizations can empower homosexual business owners to thrive and contribute meaningfully to the business landscape.
