Abstract

This study focuses on assessing the current workplace environment at Recruitment Agency Hub Inc. to identify areas for improvement. It recognizes the significance of workplace culture on a global scale and aims to foster a conducive, happy, and productive work environment. The research seeks to enhance aspects such as office design, leadership, teamwork, and communication to create a more satisfying workplace experience. A descriptive correlational research strategy was utilized to assess the workplace environment at Talent Recruitment Hub Inc. and propose a well-being program. The study engaged 15 employees from the Talent Acquisition Team through purposive sampling. A survey questionnaire served as the primary data collection instrument, and the gathered responses were analyzed to identify key workplace concerns. The study reveals that most female employees, aged 18-23, at Recruitment Agency Hub Inc. in Quezon City appreciate their workplace's focus on job satisfaction, mental well-being, and physical health and safety. Employees expressed a positive outlook, with physical health and safety scoring the highest mean (4.12), followed by job satisfaction (3.86). Mental well-being received a slightly lower score (3.52), though efforts to support mental health were recognized. Management's performance feedback was generally positive, with clarity and motivation scoring the highest. However, there is room for improvement in identifying strengths and weaknesses. The data suggest that effective management feedback positively impacts employee performance by improving motivation and communication. Enhancing management practices and the workplace environment leads to better employee well-being, highlighting the importance of a supportive workplace for success. The study underscores the importance of a supportive workplace in fostering employee productivity and well-being. By prioritizing elements such as office layout, team dynamics, communication, and leadership, companies can create a more fulfilling work environment. The findings indicate that employee appreciation and overall job satisfaction correlate positively with initiatives aimed at improving mental health and physical safety. It is recommended that Recruitment Agency Hub Inc. continue prioritizing these areas and strive for further improvements. This may include implementing targeted well-being initiatives, refining management feedback mechanisms, and fostering a more engaging and supportive work atmosphere.
