Abstract

This study explores the effectiveness of sales promotion strategies employed by Burger Machine, including discounts, limited-time incentives, and buy-one-take-one offers. In an ever-evolving market, businesses must continuously refine their promotional tactics to remain competitive and meet shifting consumer demands. This research aims to provide valuable insights and strategic recommendations to enhance Burger Machine’s promotional efforts. By aligning its marketing initiatives with consumer expectations, market trends, and industry best practices, Burger Machine can strengthen its brand presence in Camarin, Caloocan, attract more customers, and drive sustainable business growth. This study adopted a quantitative-descriptive research method to systematically collect and analyze data. By employing this approach, the research aimed to obtain measurable data from a selected sample population, enabling statistical evaluation and interpretation. This method ensures an objective and structured analysis, offering valuable insights that can inform data-driven conclusions and recommendations. The overall results showed a composite mean of 3.40, indicating a "Strongly Agree" (SA) interpretation. The findings suggest that Burger Machine's discount offers effectively capture customer interest when making purchasing decisions. Moreover, short-term incentives are recognized for their value-for-money benefits, while the "Buy One, Take One" promotion enhances Burger Machine's appeal, especially among students. To sustain long-term success, Burger Machine should continuously enhance its sales promotion strategies through regular evaluation and improvement initiatives. Consistent assessment of promotional efforts, such as discount offers, short-term incentives, and "buy one, take one" deals, will help maintain customer engagement and boost sales performance.

 

Moreover, prioritizing high-quality food, fast service, and overall customer satisfaction should remain a key focus. To further strengthen its market position, it is recommended that the business develop a strategic promotional plan that not only sustains current strengths but also addresses areas for improvement. By refining its marketing approaches and adapting to evolving consumer preferences, Burger Machine can enhance brand loyalty, attract more customers, and achieve long-term business growth.
