Abstract

Lumpianada aims to innovate the popular Ilocos empanada dish, transforming it from lumpianada into a handmade, delicious product. Offering flavors like Original, Cheese, and Longganisa, the mission is to establish Lumpianada as a household name. Short-term objectives include spreading product awareness, gathering customer feedback, and enhancing product offerings. Long-term goals include regional distribution and customer loyalty programs. Lumpianada will be located at #7 Kalayaan St., Serrano Subd., Marulas, Valenzuela City, in a 37-square-meter leased property. The company has a competitive advantage in terms of its product offering because no one in the area sells the same product, which may appeal to customers who want to taste something new. To retain customers, they plan to offer coupons and loyalty cards for one year and promote their product on social media. Co-owners will contribute P5,000 each, for a total of P50,000.00, with each member receiving a 10% share. In Year 1, the anticipated net income is ₱171,837.40, cash balance of ₱62,684.41, and total owner’s equity of ₱101,837.40. Lumpianada is a unique empanada offering a twist on traditional recipes, catering to the Ilocos region's market demand. The business offers a variety of flavors, attracting a wider customer base. To retain customers, loyalty cards, coupons, and social media promotion are effective strategies. Management involves assigning skilled members and providing cross-training to maximize efficiency and reduce risk. The business processes and logistics plan prioritize a smooth shopping experience, integrating technology like Facebook, GCash, and Lalamove. The financial plan is feasible due to an equal capital contribution of Php 50,000, a steady increase in net profits from Year 1 to Year 5, positive ending cash balances, and increasing assets and net worth.
