Abstract

Librewty comes from the words "libro," "brew," and "beauty." The concept was conceived due to our desire to combine the pleasure of reading, treating oneself to self-care, all while enjoying a cup of coffee and/or a cupcake. Helping future clients relax whenever convenient for them is the vision, partnered with the mission to give them a relaxing time and boost their confidence with the help of the store's products. The main goal is to continuously satisfy customers and to maintain the name Librewty in the community. Librewty is located at #441 Sta. Catalina Street, Barangay Holy Spirit, Quezon City. Librewty offers a variety of marketing strategies, including online advertising, grand opening events, flyers, loyalty cards, special promotions, and home services. The management plan of Librewty focuses on employee selection, fair compensation, and organizational structure. The store is conveniently located near the House of Friend of Noodles, Beauty by MRA Studio, DPWH, Holy Spirit National High School, and Casela Residence. When it comes to competition, Librewty has direct competitors far from its location. The competitors include Bravo’s Beauty, Holiday Massage Spa, Mod Nails, Cof/Tea Café, Moonlight Coffee Shop, and Cee’s Online Bake Shop. The income statement and cash flow provide information on the financial performance, profitability, and cash availability of the business. Librewty’s income statement shows the predicted revenue of business in the first 5 years of it. In 2024, the total income of Librewty is 275,913.80. The cash flow of the business in 2024 is 107,039.85, while the balance sheet of the business in the first year of it is 63,846.85. Librewty aims to provide a unique and attractive concept focused on indulgence and relaxation. The store utilizes both traditional and online marketing strategies to raise awareness, engage target customers, and differentiate itself in the market.
