SERVICE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM HR3: TIME AND ATTENDANCE, CLAIMS AND REIMBURSEMENT, AND LEAVE MANAGEMENT WITH AUTOMATED AND DATA-DRIVEN SHIFT SCHEDULING AND TIMESHEET RECORDING USING QR CODE

Abstract

Employment agencies have been forced to modernize their manual, outdated HRM systems due to the development of digital technologies. Manual personnel attendance monitoring has presented a number of operational challenges for the R-911 Security Force Agency. Consequently, they accepted our recommendation to use QR codes to automate their time in and time out system. The technology also automates shift scheduling, processes staff leave requests, and automates reimbursement claims. The Methods section was based on an iterative development approach that incorporated staff interviews and the Agile Scrum methodology. Deployment was made easier by DevOps techniques. Tests that confirmed application functionality, usability, and security requirements in real world testing scenarios led to the system's complete certification. The Human Resource and Staff Management System HRSMS 3 was implemented to automate time-in and time-out procedures for employees and to create a centralized, secure database to safeguard employee information. Performance reviews were improved by real-time analytics, and the integration of modules, including timesheet management, shift scheduling, leave management, and claims and reimbursement, enhanced productivity and worker satisfaction. As a result of the automated solution we are offering, the HR organization's tasks are no longer as tedious and manual. All HR functions were successfully modernized by the recently installed system. By using a logical strategy that integrated user needs into every step of development, the system development process moved forward effectively. To address issues of employee adaptation and internet dependence, the system includes offline capabilities and staff training. For HR digital transformation in comparable enterprises, HRSMS 3 provides a scalable solution.
