INVESTIGATING THE EFFECTS OF ENHANCED NATURAL MOISTURIZER FOR HYDRATION AND ANTI-AGING IN THE SKINCARE INDUSTRY

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effects of an enhanced natural moisturizer for hydration and anti aging in the skincare industry. This study seeks to observe the effects of improved moisturizers that have been designed to hydrate the skin and lessen aging symptoms. The researchers employed the convenience sampling technique to gather data from sellers of skincare products. The descriptive research design was conducted with a survey questionnaire. This helped identify the possible effects or improvements that could be made to a moisturizer. In addition, the results showed what skincare sellers thought about enhanced natural moisturizers and what challenges moisturizer users might encounter. The researchers used a descriptive approach, a survey questionnaire, and a convenience sampling technique to gather information from sellers of skincare products in Quezon City, Caloocan City, and Valenzuela. The respondents of this study were 30 sellers of skincare products. The selected respondents were those who were knowledgeable about or connected to the study. Based on the results of the study, the assessment of respondents on the impact of enhanced natural moisturizer in terms of ingredient efficacy showed that natural ingredients help improve the effectiveness of enhanced moisturizers. Based on the results, consumer demand can also help support or improve the enhancement of moisturizers. As to potential scientific advancement, it will help determine if there are any possible issues or if the enhanced moisturizer will have a good effect on the skin. Based on the results on the above mentioned variables, the physical store obtained an overall weighted mean of 3.65. The challenges encountered by users of enhanced moisturizers help determine what can be improved and what formula can be used to evaluate whether it has a positive effect on the skin or not. Based on the results, the following concerns were noted “Users love the natural formula, but texture consistency needs to be improved.” “Finding reliable reviews for natural moisturizers is challenging.” and “UV activated formulas improve daytime skin protection.” The researchers recommend improving the texture of the product as a priority and making reliable product reviews more prominent and readily accessible to consumers.
