Abstract

Responsive messaging systems are transforming customer service by providing quick, efficient, and cost-effective solutions through text or voice interactions with customers. These systems automate routine tasks, allowing staff to focus on more complex concerns, which leads to improved customer satisfaction and brand loyalty. In the food service industry, particularly in Korean grill restaurants, responsive messaging systems are becoming essential in streamlining operations and enhancing the dining experience. This study investigates the impact of such systems on the customer service quality of a Korean Grills Restaurant in Quezon City, with emphasis on table reservations, food ordering, response time, and customization to ensure operational efficiency and competitiveness. This chapter outlines the research design, respondents, sampling technique, instrument validation, questionnaire administration, and statistical treatment of data used in the study. This chapter presents the results of the study, which include the procedures applied in analyzing the data. It describes the responses of the participants as processed through the chosen statistical treatment. The study’s conclusions indicated that at Korean Grills Restaurant, female customers were more prevalent, and single individuals were more likely to dine there. Young adults frequently visited the restaurant. A responsive messaging system enhanced efficiency and customer experience, despite initial investment and integration challenges. The study emphasized the importance of maintaining the human element, suggesting that successful implementation requires balancing system capabilities with personal service. Future developments may involve cooperation between human staff and technology to further improve the dining experience.
