Abstract

The Academic Management System with Mobile Application is a reliable and efficient process
for documents and reports on Bestlink College of the Philippines. This system should be used
to monitor and review all reports easily. This report should be notified on this mobile
application. And all the data is secured in a certain database. The objective of this system is to
reduce the time and cost of using a manual process and to minimize the use of paperwork.
The online capabilities of the system allow the main users (Admin, Program Head, and
Secretary) to publish and retrieve the information from their respective tasks. This system was
created in a user-friendly and can be accessed through mobile applications and web-based
applications.

As a result, the development team has created a SCHOOL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM: BCP
ACADEMIC MANAGEMENT SYSTEM WITH MOBILE APPLICATION that eliminates
problems and issues encountered in the academic management manual process. This
provides a streamlined approach to activities such as class programs, schedules, student
listing reports, active and inactive students, performance evaluations, and self-tests. Program
heads, Deans, and secretary can complete their given work with the help of the system.

The system will give the program head, Deans, and other school departments all the tools
they need to work more effectively. By utilizing the Academic Management System with the
mobile application, Bestlink can become one of the colleges that benefit from a high-quality
education. By providing secure and simple access to information and educational services,
the system will benefit both users and the school. By gathering data, maintaining the file
information, and processing all the data, this study will help future researchers by providing
them with information and helping them understand the criteria of this study.
