Abstract

The School Management Information System is used to help an organization in terms of
decision-making, analyzing, and controlling the information in an organization such as a
school. Management Information System gathers all the data from all the sources from
different departments connected from MIS so that all the data that is gathered will be
information. In schools, digital tools are used to support a range of administrative duties,
including Managing Inquiries, Data Capturing, User Management, and Performance
Management.

This project improved the process of managing student information, teaching, and non-
teaching. The Management Information System can handle the information. Management
Information System project has been upgraded and now includes some new features. This
system automatically processes incoming data to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of
administrative tasks, retrieve required data, and provide accurate data responses. The
Implementation of a new and improved Management Information System in school, known as
the School Management Information System, can provide more functionalities than before.
Some of the additional functionalities include the ability to collect information and provide
transaction management inquiries, department reports, and student concerns.

The Management Information System is concerned with the management of information in
schools, such as student, teaching, and non-teaching information. A management information
system (MIS) is a system for collecting, storing, processing, and analyzing data. MIS tools are
used to move data and manage information. It is the foundation of the information
management discipline and is frequently regarded as the first system of the information age.
