Abstract

Employee Management System, as the name suggests, is a system for managing employees.
Making a system for it means the proponents will improve their traditional methods and ways
of managing their employees. The proponents will create an easy-to-use, secure system that
clients can use to manage their employees.


As a result, we developed a system that will assist the client, Bestlink Collage of the
Philippines, in managing their employees, given that Microsoft Excel is their sole system of
choice, the reasoning that they lack staff that will provide a system.


Managing employees, especially doing it manually, is not easy. As the number of company
employees keeps on increasing, the Human Resources Department will have a hard time
managing their employees. Not only is doing it manually time-consuming, but it is also
unorganized and unsecured. With the help of a computerized system that the proponents
created, managing employees will be more organized and secure. With the system being
computer-based, it will lessen the time consumption and manpower that the Human Resource
Department will require to get the job done.
