Human Resource Management is a modern technology that can streamline various human
resource activities in a structured and comprehensive manner. This includes employee
competency, employee profile, and developing the knowledge and skills of employees for their
career advancement. Implementing such technology can provide a more efficient approach to
achieving the company's objectives while minimizing the risks involved. The primary goal of
this project study is to eliminate the challenges faced, like the shortage of skilled personnel,
insufficient employee evaluation, and employee information vulnerability.
Implementing this system eliminates the challenges faced in human resource management,
providing a more efficient and effective approach to evaluating employee competency.
Benefits of this system include increased employee retention, a brief career pathing through
Succession Planning, and a focus on learning and development programs. The functionality of
the Human Resources will be significantly improved with the integration of this system,
allowing for easy access to reports required to assess employees and select candidates for
specific positions based on their competency, learning, and training development. A
centralized employee profile lets individuals conveniently view their schedules and
announcements.
The proposed project aims to enhance the operational efficiency and functionality of Human
Resources. Through system integration, this project will provide easy access to all the
necessary reports required for evaluating employee performance and selecting suitable
candidates for specific positions. A centralized employee profile will also enable employees to
conveniently view their personal details, schedules, pay slips, and important announcements
through their computer or mobile device.
