Abstract

The Guidance and Consultation system (GCS) is a comprehensive information system
designed to manage all the aspects of Guidance Transactions, such as counseling/out
paperwork and data storage. The goal of this study was to create an appropriate guidance and
consultation system. This was done in order to create a structured process for the system to
manage consultation and guidance. This study focuses on starting, planning, conducting out,
controlling, and concluding up a team's work to meet deadlines and achieve certain
objectives.

As a result, the development team proposes a system that is absolutely compatible with all
teachers in the guidance office. The purpose of this project is to deliver high-quality service to
students and staff in an accessible, user-friendly way with a single point of contact. It
emphasizes providing comprehensive,student-focused service and ensuring that each
student’s experience of student administration and support is positive and effective. Team
study and more chances for students to satisfy their wants and desires are created as an
outcome of the development teams' analysis.

Our project study discusses the elements of the system to provide information and
understanding of the School management system guidance and consultation. This system
could assure potential individuals that this study will be helpful in doing massive work and that
it can secure the data that has been stored. From gathering student data to overseeing the
report, the authorized employees handle every activity manually. The suggested study
concentrated on online resources for students, including those who follow them to maintain
tabs on their position, retain records of their information, protect their personal data, and
ensure data integrity to maximize security.
