Abstract

The goal of this study is to evaluate the degree of performance of female employees in terms
of their leadership abilities, decision-making abilities, commitment, and output they put into
their work. This study will also concentrate on possible development plans to improve the
caliber of work produced by female employees. Last but not least, it's critical to understand the
concerns that female employees experience and the steps that their managers or supervisors
have taken to solve them.


According to data collected and analyzed, female workers are highly productive, have
excellent leadership qualities, and are capable of making wise decisions. They are focused,
committed to their work, and making positive contributions to the workplace.


The researchers concluded that female employees have strong leadership qualities, are
skilled decision-makers, are committed to their jobs, and are highly productive. They are able
to effectively delegate power, accountability, and responsibility, develop contingency plans for
critical choices, take measured risks, and regularly evaluate staff performance. However, they
face difficulties in their work, such as poor communication with co-employees, being
employed with a lot of options, hesitation in accepting difficult tasks, and deadlines. To
address these problems, supervisors should encourage them to work on their communication
skills, weigh options, motivate them to push themselves and engage them in seminars or
workshops to improve their time-management skills. A development plan should be
implemented to assess their employees and provide programs and activities that tackle
different aspects such as leadership skills, decision-making, dedication, and outputs.
