Abstract

The researchers study the impact of communication technology on the communication
process in terms of handling employee transactions. It shows how employees of the said
corporation rely on communication technologies in doing and performing their daily tasks and
communicating with their clients.


The majority of the respondents do not experience training and seminars related to this topic.
In terms of the current state of the communication process of the corporation, messaging apps
got “Agree,” and e-mails also got “Agree.” For the problems encountered by the respondents
in the ICT and what solution can be made by the administration got a “Strongly Agree” and in
how may the findings of the study be utilized in crafting policy to transaction process when
using ICT have “Agree.”


In conclusion, the study shows the importance of having reliable information and
communication technology in order to run a business and do a transaction with its clients. It
improves the quality and efficiency of work and allows for a more simplified and faster
productivity in a day.
