Abstract

A code of ethics is an extensive list of topics that are extremely beneficial to all businesses.
The researchers believe that companies ought to have a code of ethics to promote behavior
and improve company image since the reputation of the company and an employee's value
are built by their actions. To ensure the company’s image and reputation, it is essential that
the employees be aware of how to perform their jobs and concur with the company’s code of
conduct.


The results show that integrity, behavior, and services help the company secure favorable
publicity because they are reflected in transparent honesty within the company. It gives the
company a competitive edge because of adherence to a moral code that builds the trust of the
customer. Good employee behavior helps the company be productive, and all will contribute
equally to the success of the company they are working for. It also can motivate and lead to a
more efficient and effective workplace overall. With good services, the employee can establish
branding and promote the positive image of the company.


The employees are encouraged to apply the code of ethics because it helps them in their
professional and personal development. Employees who adhere to the code of ethics can be
a catalyst of change and good deeds and also appreciate the good things that the employees
have so that it may help them to be inspired to be productive. A code of ethics helps the
company to be competitive because adherence to a moral code can build the trust of the
customer.
