Abstract

This study is all about discovering the impact of demographic profiles and factors that highly
affect the work attitude on the employees’ productivity at the Veterinary Corporation in
Quezon City.


After facilitating the questionnaires, the researchers concluded that Employees' work
relationships need to be improved to help their work attitude and productivity, the offices are
confined and not fully air-conditioned, employees have a hard time adapting to changes in the
workplace, not fully getting enough allowance or benefits as long time and performer
employees.


Because of these problems, the researchers recommended that the veterinary corporation in
Quezon City should start conducting monthly team-building activities to improve their
employees' work attitude and relationships, make the whole office air-conditioned and well-
ventilated to make their employees more comfortable to work, and focus with their task,
implement weekly coaching and team activities that enhance or practice their adaptability
skills, conduct quarterly or yearly promotion for employees that highly improves and perform
well, conduct training or seminars to improve their knowledge and skills, these
recommendations have the objective of improving the employees' work attitude and
productivity.
