Abstract

This research study analyzes the effectiveness of rewards on employee productivity.
According to a previous study, “According to Salman and Olawale (2022), the reward system
is a true avenue for enhancing staff productivity. It tries to attract and retain qualified
employees, and it supports good management. When the incentive system is insufficient,
employee productivity decreases.” The key objectives of the study were to explore the impact
of an incentive system on staff productivity. The outcomes of the study indicate that an
incentive system has a significant influence on employee productivity, with a p-value of 0.05.


The forty-five employees are from the four branches at Calle Café by Don Gabriel. According
to the data gathered on the respondents' demographic profiles, 53 percent of them are female.
Forty-seven percent of them are between 23 and 27 years old. Thirty-eight percent of them
have a length of service between six months and below, and thirty-eight percent are
undergrad employees.


Based on the result of the collected data, it shows that salary and bonuses, recognition and
gifts, flexible working hours, and job satisfaction can boost productivity inside Calle Café by
Don Gabriel because all the results show that the weighted mean and verbal interpretation are
all agreeable. All the Rewards variables can drive an employee’s productivity.
