Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the level of effectiveness of the Training program for
Employees at Jollibee Phoenix Congressional Road, Quezon City, in terms of Age, gender,
and Educational Attainment. Length of service, and what training does The Respondents do?

The researchers found that the three (3) training provided by the Jollibee Congressional road
branch are hanging between Highly Effective and Effective, meaning training really affects the
Performance of employees when it comes to Cashier Performance, Dine-in Performance, and
Kitchen Performance.
