Factors of Workplace Environment Affecting Employees’ Job Satisfaction in Concentrix Quezon City

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the Factors of Workplace Environment Affecting
employee satisfaction in Concentrix, Quezon City, that demographic profile in terms of
gender, age, years of service in company and other job roles; to assess the factors of
workplace. Environment affects employees' job satisfaction in terms of the physical
environment, company culture, and working conditions; problems encountered by the
respondents in dealing with job satisfaction within the workplace environment; the significant
relationship between factors of the workplace environment and job satisfaction when
respondents are grouped according to their profile; and proposed enhanced plan may be
proposed to Concentrix to enhance and improve job satisfaction of employees.

The results of the study revealed that the factors of workplace environment affect
employees' job satisfaction in terms of the physical environment, company culture, working
conditions, and base wage, salary; there is a significant relationship when the demographics
profile is considered based on chi-squared results; I experienced work-related ill health such
as suffering from stress, depression, or anxiety which reduces my productivity is the most
problem encountered by the respondents in dealing with job satisfaction within the workplace
environment; there is a significant relationship between the factors such as the physical
environment, company culture, and working conditions in job satisfaction.

The study recommends that Concentrix maintain a good workplace environment, such as a
physical environment, to obtain job satisfaction, company culture, and working conditions.
