Effects of Professor Shortage on Academic Performance of Selected English Major Students
Abstract
These are the variables to consider that may have an impact on pupils if the institution and the teachers don't provide a quality education. Their academic progress and cognitive development can be impacted. Both are necessary because without achieving these two, pupils are more likely to be inept in the field they are studying. The descriptive quantitative method research design will be used using a survey instrument. The respondents of the study will be 20 (n) for the total of 20 (n). Purposive sampling will be used in choosing the respondents to gain insights into the event or phenomenon under examination. The data that will be gathered will be treated using ranking and Likert scale that will be used in SOP no. (1) What are the demographic profiles of the respondents. (2) How does lacking professors or assessed by the respondents be observed (3) What is the level of academic performance? The respondents in terms of (4) Is there a significant relationship between lack of professors and the academic performance of the respondents? (5) What are the challenges encountered by the respondents in lacking professors? (6) How may the findings and the study be used in formulating guidelines to solve lacking professors to improve academic performance of the students.
