The research method of design that was utilized in this study was quantitative analysis. The participants of the study were limited to five Architecture students and five Civil Engineering students who assessed the level of acceptability of the home building for aged and orphanages. The assessment of the two groups of respondents obtained the composite mean of 3.65, which was interpreted as highly acceptable in terms of the response of Architecture students, and 3.66, which was interpreted as highly acceptable in the response of Civil Engineering students. In terms of construction material, Architecture students obtained 3.52, which was interpreted as highly acceptable, and engineer students achieved 3.61, which was interpreted as highly acceptable. In terms of the methodology procedures, Architecture students obtained 3.80, which was interpreted as highly acceptable, and Civil Engineering students achieved 3.75, which was interpreted as highly acceptable. In terms of concepts, the Architecture students obtained 3.70, which was interpreted as highly acceptable, and Civil Engineering students obtained 3.66, which was interpreted as highly acceptable. In terms of presentation, Architecture students obtained 3.53, which was regarded as highly acceptable, and Civil Engineering students achieved 3.65, which was interpreted as highly acceptable. Results showed that the project can be improved as follows: (1) the exact measure of the miniature should be measured using AutoCAD, (2) proper material should be used to make it increasingly presentable, and (3) make concrete during the time allotted in process in making miniature.
