The Financial Management Practices of Selected Retail Micro Businesses in Quezon City

This study attempted to assess the level of effectiveness of financial management practices of selected retail micro businesses in Quezon City. Specifically, it sought to provide the profile of the respondents in terms of age, sex, highest educational attainment, company’s years in business, form of business organization, and number of employees; to know the level of effectiveness of financial management practices of selected retail micro businesses as assesses by the respondents in terms of financial reporting, internal control, budgeting, record keeping, cash management, inventory management, and purchasing; and to determine the significant difference in the respondent’s assessment on the level of effectiveness of financial management practices of selected retail micro businesses when grouped according to profile.
