Abstract

Transport Network Vehicle Service (TNVS) sector is regarded as a vital role in the economy, specifically the logistics department, as it enables the transportation of goods and materials from producers to consumers. However, the TNVS industry encounters several challenges that affect its operations, such as delivery delays, inefficiencies in the delivery process, and issues with tracking operations. The existing systems used by TNVS companies often lack the necessary features and capabilities to manage logistics operations in real-time. This leads to delays, inefficiencies, and lost revenue for the companies. The project team collects data through stakeholder interviews, observation of workflow processes, and analysis of client feedback. The process of sprints is planned, executed, and reviewed at the end of each iteration. During the planning phase, the project team collaborated with stakeholders to identify key features and requirements for TNVS Logistic II. We prioritized these features and created a backlog of tasks to be completed in each sprint. In each sprint, the team completed the tasks outlined in the backlog and held daily stand-up meetings to identify challenges.

At the end of each sprint, progress was reviewed, and stakeholder feedback was sought and incorporated into the next sprint for continual improvement and adaptation of the platform based on user needs and feedback using agile methodology. The implementation of TNVS Logistic II has resulted in positive outcomes for all stakeholders involved in the logistics industry. The platform's real-time tracking feature enables companies to monitor deliveries and make necessary adjustments to optimize the delivery process, resulting in reduced delays and increased customer satisfaction. The system has effectively modernized logistics operations and enhanced operational efficiency, leading to increased revenue and growth opportunities for logistics companies. TNVS Logistic II has brought significant benefits to the logistics industry. Adopting a proactive and goal-driven approach, the project team efficiently addressed challenges and promoted beneficial changes in the TNVS industry. With the continued use of TNVS Logistic II, the logistics industry can expect further operational efficiency improvements, reduced costs, and improved profitability.
