Purposive sampling technique was used in determining the target population. The study was limited to sixty subjects. Thirty males and thirty females who met the criteria set by the researcher: must be currently enrolled in Centro Escolar University, Manila ages 18 to 24 years old, with esthetically accepted soft tissue profile, no history of orthodontic treatment, with complete set of teeth up to second molar, 3rd molar is not considered, with 6mm or less dental crowding, with class I (angle) molar relationship and of Filipino decent up to 3rd generation. Lateral cephalogram were taken for each of them. Male tends to have a longer upper facial height compare with the female. Male measured with a longer cranial base length compare with the female, t –test showed that the discrepancy is insignificant. Both soft tissue profiles of the two groups showed minimal protrusion. Super imposition revealed that the male’s soft tissue is a little protrusive than the female’s, t-test revealed that the difference is insignificant. The study also proves that the male tends to have a longer facial height compare to female. Maxillary length of the male subjects is longer compare to the female group. However both maxilla of the two groups shows almost the same degree of inclination. The mandibular length of female when compared to the male subjects is the same. But the inclination of the mandible of the male group is steeper than of the female group. Upper incisors for male showed more labial tipping than the female. While lower incisors position are the same for both groups.
BRIAN ENDAYA ESPORLAS Copyright (c) 2018 Brian Endaya Esporlas 2018-02-21 2018-02-21 1 1 155 155 Employee Work Sustainability in Selected International Business Process Outsourcing Companies https://ojs.aaresearchindex.com/index.php/AATDDAA/article/view/358
As organizations maximize on increasing global integration, leaders are faced with the challenges set forth by the rapidly changing international business environs. In this study, the researcher sought to evaluate the effectiveness of the cultural flexibilities of the organizations involved and the cross-cultural competence of its workers in the process of cultivating their individual work sustainability in the international business process outsourcing (IBPO) industry. The respondents of this study were 513 employees from at least twenty-five (25) identified IBPO companies distributed in different areas of Metro Manila, Philippines where their organizations cater to clients based in various parts of the world. This work produced a number of significant findings that supported the objectives as well as the hypothesis. The findings showed that those who identified themselves to belong to a group who held top level management positions, 61 years old and above, earning more than P60,001 per month, and belonging to the IBPO industry for more than 10 years, were highly satisfied with the cross-cultural literacy trainings they have gone through and been exposed to, respectively. The same group of respondents also expressed their agreement in terms of work satisfaction as well as the impact of their cross-cultural competence on their aptitude to sustain in IBPO companies. However, since the respondents did not classify their satisfaction in the extreme affirmative end, IBPO companies are left with much room for improvement. This result calls for introducing adjustments, changes, and adaptations to human resource management strategies and practices by considering any differences existing based on the demographic uniqueness of employees. Specifically, IBPO companies’ cross-cultural literacy training needs more attention and dedication. For future studies, the researcher recommended to also consider other features – like social perspectives within organizations and in wide-ranging societies to appreciate how these factors could change, or not change at all, the results of this endeavor.
GLENN SANIANO CABACANG Copyright (c) 2018 Glenn Saniano Cabacang 2018-02-22 2018-02-22 1 1 217 217 The Recruitment and Training Practices of a Health and Beauty Network Marketing Company in Singapore https://ojs.aaresearchindex.com/index.php/AATDDAA/article/view/359
The Problem
This study was undertaken to evaluate the recruitment and training practices of a Health and Beauty Network Marketing Company in Singapore.

Scope and Delimitations of the Study
The respondents of the study were 385 distributors from Singapore of the subject network marketing company who are actively engaged in the business’ South Asia Pacific Region operations.
A limitation initially thought of is how well the participants represent the typical network marketing participants.Further delimitation is that in order to obtain a more accurate response, the ideal situation would be to have respondents from different types of network marketing businesses.
