Chalks out of Eggshells

Abstract

INTRODUCTION

The research on the production of chalk out of eggshells was conducted to harvest quality dustless and long lasting chalk. This will be compared with the currently commercialized chalks sold in the market. The chalk out of eggshells is used for schools or any educational aspects or even at home.

METHODS

The production of this article that has been tested by the researcher strictly followed the procedures. First, she collected eggshells, then boiled it until it opened. It was crushed into a powder ready to be processed and made to different figures. Then, the production of the product was accomplished and tested on its quality and strength. Data on the successful product were tested and was finished accurately. Results showed that the said finished product, made from eggshells, is comparable in terms of appearance and quality.

RESULTS

The investigation was intended to produce chalk by crushing the eggshells. It can be a useful and eco-friendly product and can contribute excellently to our community. Through this research, the researcher studied the characteristics of eggshell and examined that it can be a great specimen in our investigatory project.

DISCUSSIONS

On the experiment to produce a fine product from eggshell, I discovered that eggshells have specific properties and structures: that it is one of the stepping stones for success for a product that is comparable to any commercial products that are the same in terms of quality and durability. The researcher discovered that eggshells have an amazing quality as an alternative to the common ingredient of chalk. She highly recommends using this finished product because aside from its cheapness, it is also easier to produce, eco-friendly, recyclable and has the potential to make our study easier and clearer.
