Capability Level of Pacheco Elementary School Teachers Based on E-Sat Sy 2018-2019

INTRODUCTION
The Self-Assessment Tool was given to eleven (11) Teacher I-III and one (1) Master Teacher I of Pacheco Elementary School to assess their capability, to clarify performance expectations, and to determine which competencies to focus on and to serve as their starting point for their self-reflection. This can assist them in what particular things to do as they performed their duties and responsibilities in the teaching and learning process. In this aspect, an evaluation of their selves on how well they execute their major roles as teachers is needed.
METHODS
The researcher adopted the Electronic Self-Assessment Tool (E-SAT) as one of the materials in the RPMS-PPST Tool. This E-SAT was given to eleven (11) Teacher I-III and one (1) Master Teacher I of Pacheco Elementary School. After it was administered, the results were generated, interpreted, and discussed.
RESULTS
The E-SAT result was generated indicating the capability level of teacher I-III for each objective. In objectives 1.1, 1.2, 1.3, oneteacher answered moderate, eight teachers answered high and two teachers answered very high. In objective 2.1, 2.3, and 3.2, one teacher answered moderate, seven teachers answered high and three teachers answered very high. In objective 2.2, 3.1, 4.1, and4.2, one teacher answered moderate, six teachers answered high and four teachers answered very high. In objectives 3.3, one teacher answered moderate, nine teachers answered high and one teacher answered very high. In objective 4.3 and 5.1, one teacher answered moderate, five teachers answered high and five answered very high. For the Master Teacher, all objectives were answered high capability level.
DISCUSSIONS
The main findings of this action research for Teacher I-III is that there is one teacher that needs to enhance his/her capability. The rest of the teachers have high capability in their self-assessment. With these findings, an intervention plan was developed to increase its capability in this aspect.
The Master Teacher has a high capability. Although the master teacher is already high capability, she still chooses to improve her performance.
With this assessment tool, learners will progress in terms of the curriculum as prescribed by the department.
