A Survey on Teachers Performance and Classroom Management Basis for Teachers Continuous Improvement

INTRODUCTION
This study aimed to identify the level of performance and classroom management of teachers with an end view to improve and enhance school performance.
METHODS
The study integrated the descriptive normative survey method via a survey questionnaire checklist on the extent of school-based-management performance, semi-structured interview, and observation were employed among 26 respondents. Five sets of the validated checklist were utilized as primary tools in collecting data. The process of descriptive goes beyond gathering and tabulation of data.
RESULTS
Results from the study showed that teacher-respondents were moderately satisfied with their instructional performance. Teachers cope up with varied duties and responsibilities. However, they were not capable of balancing the competencies between classroom instructions, community linkages, and develop professional growth. Significant impacts on the teacher's performance were assessed and highly significant seen after the study.
DISCUSSIONS
In conducting the study, the majority of the teachers perceived judgment and revealed the need to review policy and guidelines. Policies on program and activities were of the doubt to some and should be directed and constituted for the teachers to follow. School head assisted understanding on theoretical knowledge, importance, and role of teaching strategies, developed integration of classroom management and innovation emphasized how 21st-century teachers that can use strategic classroom management. The problem being encountered was minimal; the giving of survey checklist tools, interview, and observation were carried out. Findings and recommendation show the need to improved and enhance continuous teachers performance through guided policy implementation that underlines the development of innovative approaches to teaching and learning should not only concentrate on content learning but also immersing pupils in activities and programs that develop micro and macro skills for quality education and meet the mission vision of the department.
