A Proposed District-Based Guidelines on Implied Tasks for Public Elementary Schools

Abstract

INTRODUCTION

This study sought to determine the implied tasks of public elementary school teachers. The study was conducted in the Municipality of Magallanes. The survey questionnaire was used for the data collection. The data collected were systematically presented, analyzed, and interpreted. Figure and tables were used to present the result of the findings. The total of 95 copies questionnaire distributed,100% were filled and returned. The findings showed that the Male respondents got a mean of 4.87 with a standard deviation of 0.08, and the female respondents got a mean of 4.72 with a standard deviation of 0.30. The f-computed value is 2.11 and p-value is 0.15, it shows that there is no sufficient evidence that there is a significant difference between Teacher Respondents' Perception on the Implied Tasks of Public Elementary Teachers to the Gender.

RECOMMENDATION:

The study recommended that the school head must encourage those teachers who have not enrolled yet in graduate school, particularly those who have been teaching for many years. Also, the teachers have to undergo professional growth by attending to seminars and trainings continuously.
