METHODS
This study made use of a qualitative design with phenomenology as its approach. According to Clemente, Julaton, and Orleans (2016), qualitative research deals with how people make sense of their lives. In the conduct of this qualitative research, the researcher made use of the selection of informants. Considering the significant number of teachers in the Division of Calamba City, the researcher opted to select only eight teachers teaching for six years and more. They have been selected for their experience in teaching 21st-century skills.
RESULTS
ICT-based education can provide knowledge in the use of multimedia, learner-centered instruction, differentiated activities, and contextualization. It also has the potential to impose discipline, encourage collaborative work, and cause the professional growth of teachers.
DISCUSSIONS

Utilization of multimedia in teaching revealed that the students learn most and catch their attention during classes if they utilized multimedia. Focused the learner-centered instruction, teachers play an essential role in the student's academic performance, but students have a role to play as the recipient of learning interaction.
