Learning is a process of acquiring knowledge or skill in formal education or through the valuable experiences of others. It is also a progression of filling the space of a hungry brain. This meaningful practice serves as a craft of specific individuals in achieving their dreams and desires in life. In the Cabacungan National High school, the Grade 8 Weiss class has 35 students that are 4Ps recipients, 15 of whom live in Sitio Sabang and Sitio Maapod. These students also exhibit poor academic performance because of their homes' geographical distance to the school.

METHODS

The study undertakes data collection procedures of respondents from the First Quarter and Third Quarter. Statistical analysis was applied throughout the samples to determine the significant effect of the respondents to the said 4P's program. It also utilized a purposive sampling procedure in analyzing and reporting the gathered data of 15 Grade 8 selected students using t-test sampling analysis and its correlation.

RESULTS

Theresult showed the increased performance of the respondents in Sitio Sabang and Sitio Maapod from first quarter to the third quarter because of the implementation of the 4Ps program. The correlation coefficient shows a leaning towards the strong relationship between the first quarter and third quarter. The result showed that the given null hypothesis is rejected, which means a significant relationship between the first quarter and third quarter. The positive value of the correlation coefficient shows a positive response of the respondents but low correlation or less evident because of the learning capacity of the students or other factors.

DISCUSSIONS

Performance of the respondents from the first quarter to third quarter shows an improvement of their interest coming to school early because of the strict implementation of the attendance. The study shows that there is a significant difference between the academic performances of selected Grade 8 students from the first quarter to third quarter upon the implementation of the CCT Program. When it comes to the validity of the results, the correlation coefficients applied throughout the samples which result to less correlation of 0.8497 for Sitio Maapod and 0.9324 for Sitio Sabang, which shows a positive response of the CCT Program of 4Ps. The use of t-test sampling analysis provides information on the significant relationship between the academic performances of the respondents.
