RESULTS
After identifying the factors affecting identified students experienced absenteeism, descriptive, and the purposive method was used for triangulation of responses. Analysis as to who were the eight (8) respondents were selected based on the causes that emerged to come up with the possible solution of the problem.
From the 14 students who experienced chronic absenteeism indicates various reasons, such as:
1)they feel "out of place”;
2) due to distance;
3) due to illness; and
4) have undergone early child labor.
It shows that eight (8) students have special reasons feeling "out of place or OP" that encouraged the teacher to conduct research. It is where peer supports provided by their classmates guided by the researcher to build the strongest emotion linked to attachment and belongingness. Thus, belonging to a group allows the students to experience academic progress and create a meaningful relationship among students in the classroom.
