Abstract

The study aims to determine the relationship of the school's physical/sports activities to the perceived physical fitness of the Senior High School students of the St. Mary's College of Quezon City. The rationale of the study is because of curiosity about the physical fitness of the Senior High School students in spite of loaded academic requirements. The Physical Activity Theory of Claudio R. Niggwill be the guide main guide of this study to explain if the study aims to determine the relationship. The theory explains the two factors that can affect the physical activities of an individual. In that basis, the researchers can draw conclusions and can provide recommendation to improve the said topic. The researchers will conduct a survey to gather information. The researcher used stratified random sampling in the Senior High School of the St. Mary's college of Quezon City. The researcher will use spearman rank, weighted mean, frequency count, and percentage to analyse the data gathered.
