Abstract

This study aimed to develop Carota Churros for improving poor eyesight and lowering high blood pressure. Carota Churros was reviewed and validated by the food experts. The purpose of this study is to help people with poor eyesight and high blood pressure. The researchers intended to present the good effects of carrot and its importance to our life. This study was composed of 60 respondents experiencing poor eyesight or high blood pressure. The research and development design (R&D) design was used in this study. The result of the study was validated and it was proven that eatingCarota Churros is effective in improving poor eyesight and lowering high blood pressure of the students in New Christian Academy Senior High School and in the community. The result of this study is to recommend Carota Churros for the improvement of the student’s knowledge and skill in academic performance and also promoting itin the community for their eyesight and level of high blood pressure.
