The classroom is where formal learning takes place, and learning is the best way to acquire knowledge. However, absenteeism hinders student performance and impacts their learning experience. This study aims to explore the connection between the classroom environment and student absenteeism. The classroom environment consists of social, emotional, and physical factors that influence students. This research seeks to determine the effects of the classroom environment on absenteeism, identify the primary factors contributing to student absences, assess the extent to which absenteeism is influenced by the classroom environment, examine the relationship between the two variables, and propose a plan of action based on the findings. This study employs a quantitative methodology with a descriptive research design. The School Climate Theory serves as the foundation for data analysis. A researcher-made questionnaire was used as the primary data collection tool, administered through Google Forms. The results of this study were from the data gathered from 51 respondents from the grade 11 students. A total of 92.15% of the respondents stated that they rarely skipped classes. The social climate received a weighted mean of 3.22, while the emotional environment had a weighted mean of 2.98. Lastly, the physical environment got 3.05. The social climate got the highest weighted mean among the three elements of classroom environment and also the only element to reject the claims for null hypothesis. The result of the research most likely implies that the students' absenteeism of the grade 11 was mostly affected by the social climate. Therefore, furtherly strengthening the activities that support the establishing of student relationships is highly recommended. Where interaction will not be restricted to the chosen circle of the student but interacting toward each person inside the classroom. Under the theory of School Climate, from the theory of Ecological System the microsystem or the immediate environment of the students directly influences the development of the students.
