DISCUSSIONS
School principals must further engage themselves in continuing professional developments that highlights the upgrading of management skills particularly to developing innovative action plans and problem-solving skills.
School principals are essential factors of linking the educational institution to the community. They must seek advantageous ideas from other stakeholders to inculcate to them that they are also essential factors of the school. They must inform teachers of the development goals of the school and let them be involved in implementation. These may help the teachers havethe knowledge and understanding of how principals make use of their creative capacities in leading the school.
